The characteristic of sublimation transfer printing

图片
The characteristic of sublimation transfer printing  When we introduce our sublimation transfer paper to our customers, are you brainstorming of the advantages of sublimation transfer paper?Today i make a detailed introduction of advantage of the sublimation transfer printing. These five points are enough for your introduction. 1. Color versatility : Dye sublimation can display any colors and types of image if it is using our sublimation transfer paper. The images on the sublimation transfer paper will be made CMYK, not RGB, so if you want to make any images, you will need to make it in CMYK color mode, not RGB and convert to CMYK. 2. Image versatility : You can print any vector images and higher resolutions such as PDF, JPEG, and TIFF with sublimation transfer paper. However, with sublimation printing, the image will vary as per the composition of the fabric. The image area and non-image area on the fabric are the same, so will have a smooth feel. It does not wash o...

Dye-Sublimation Printing &dye sublimation transfer paper

图片
Dye-Sublimation printing is often misunderstood. A quick search on the internet using sublimation as a keyword will return 1000’s of pages which normally relate to high quality, dye sub proofing printers. These do not constitute the large format dye-sublimation printing available at Vision. We are not printers of mugs, t-shirts etc., we are a professional manufacturer of dye sublimation transfer paper from roll to sheet. Dye-sublimation printing is defined as a    process to image onto fabric, film, and metals. This process is a true environmentally friendly solution. There are no VOC’s (volatile organic compounds) often associated with solvent printing. The inks are waterbased, the paper is recyclable. Our Vision's sublimation transfer paper can be used onto a big range of fabrics for point-of-sale and exhibition displays, interior design, and hard surfaces for architectural purposes. Examples of the substrates our sublimation transfer paper used onto are: Fa...

Dye-sublimation printing technique

图片
Dye sublimation printing technique is quite a relatively new technology and as a process is  really simple, only becoming more common place over the last two years. Dye sublimation  textile printing is a thermal process whereby colour dyes are transferred from an ink ribbon  onto, or rather into, the surface of a special substrate which is then laminated during the  final stage of the process. The dye sublimation printing process is used to print on polyester or other synthetic fabrics. It is used for applications such as T-shirts, banners, table...

The market for Dye Sublimation is still growing

图片
Dye sublimation printing can reproduce images on a variety of flexible and rigid substrates, which can endure the amount of heat, pressure and dwell time necessary for image transfer. With two primary areas of focus, including sublimation to textiles/soft fabrics as well as rigid substrates, dye sublimation enables the production of items such as point-of-sale applications, banners, custom flags, license plates, snowboards and promotional pieces.    In the digital imaging arena, the sublimation process takes place in a special laminator in which temperature, dwell time and pressure vary depending on the polymer receiving material. Surfaces for sublimation need to be specialty-coated or polymer-coated to accept inks and sublimation conditions vary depending on the heat transfer press being used, making it necessary for print providers to determine optimal temperature, pressure and dwell time conditions based on individual heat presses. When the heating pro...
