Pros and Cons of sublimation printing

How much do you know of sublimation printing? When using sublimation printing for textile printing. what advantages do you know? Or do you find any disadvantages of dye sublimation?
Do keep in mind, like with all printing methods there are pros and cons of sublimation printing too.
The Pros
  1. Ability to create all-over, seam to seam designs on the front and back
  2. Unlimited color options at no extra cost
  3. Maximum detail for complicated designs
  4. Sublimation dye will not crack, peel or fade
  5. Can’t feel the print on the garment
  6. Suitable for small quantity runs
The Cons
Not suitable for all garments – must be a polyester or poly blend (100% polyester is recommended for best color results)
  1. Must print on white or light colored garment (white is recommended for best color results)
  2. Will have some imperfections when printing near edges, seams and collars
  3. Can’t PMS color match

The sublimation is a fantastic technique customization that allows you to create personalized gifts with maximum image quality a fantastic finish and all with a minimum investment .
