What is sublimation ?

Sublimation printing is a technology that use heat-sensitive ink. This kind of ink turns into gas and combine with 100% polyester materials after heated.Neither the images that is transferred onto the fabric will crack ,nor the color fade away after washed.

 The sublimation paper must have high transfer yield and fast drying speed in order to succeed in sublimation printing. Also the surface of the paper must be smooth and the paper will not roll up after printed.That is what Vision sublimation paper is.

 sublimation printing can fulfill multiple applications in customerization area, to name a few, sublimation textiles, banner, sign, sports jerseys, home decor and fashion. And for fulfilling the whole process of sublimation printing, we need sublimation paper, sublimation ink, heat press, materials that can be used to sublimate and silicone sheet.

 the usage of sublimation printing can be divided into two type by its materials

 Soft material: basically the sublimation paper are used on white or light color fabric. Like 100% polyester, T/C fabric with cotton less than 40% and Nylon. Those kind of fabric can be used for T-shirt, shoes, socks, curtains, sofa,umbrella,carpets,banner and flags, etc.

 Hard material: mainly are arts and crafts with special coating, like mugs, plates, metal, wood, key chains, phone case, photo frames and tiles.
