What is the difference between the fast dry and the sticky sublimation paper?

fast dry sublimation transfer paper can keep the ink dry in a short time. It can help you save your time and cost, improve your efficiency.
Fastdry is often what you needed especially if you are printing on roll using waterbased ink. They have extra layer that prevent all these smudging from occurring.
fast dry sublimation transfer paper is 100% water proof and drys instantly after printing, it’s now widely used in manufacturing sector, such as home-ware, craft work,and costumes.

sticky sublimation transfer paper, It can suit for Lacra, Polyester. and Polyester with Spandex textile.because these kinds textile has the shrink, so easy to have double image. 
Sticky is one of those paper reduce chance of ghosting which can occured depend on how you are applying press. It is typically used when you are using flatbed presses where there are likely chance of material moving .
Tacky or sticky paper have slightly lower transfer yield as a tradeoff, so if you can successfully press without ghosting, fast dry paper is just fine in many instance.
