Comparison of New generation PU Printable heat transfer vinyl and Korean PU Printable heat transfer vinyl

1. Thickness: Both of the heat transfer vinyl can print the same thickness of the surface layer. but the new generation vinyl, its overall thickness is made thicker than that of Korea.
New generation printable vinyl : cover paper 0.15mm, face paper: 0.08mm, overall thickness: 0.24mm
    Korean PU printable vinyl  : cover paper 0.09mm, face paper: 0.08mm, overall thickness: 0.18mm



2. Cover paper: New generation printable vinyl, cover paper is release paper, and Korea's cover paper is PET film.

3. feeling : New generation printable vinyl is softer, Korean Vinyl feels harder;
 
4. Print effect: The pattern printed by New generation printable vinyl is higher than the definition of the pattern printed by Korean printable vinyl.

5、Engraving effect: The edge of the New generation printable vinyl pattern carving should be smooth, the unnecessary part is smooth to tear off, will not bring up the printed; Korean printable vinyl pattern edge has a slight wrinkle, the printed parts might be tear off with the unnecessary part.
