The problem of printhead clogging during the use of the inkjet printer is mainly based on "prevention." The best way to keep your printheads working at their best is to do some proper and effective daily maintenance of the printheads, which will greatly reduce the possibility of printhead clogging. Therefore, please read the following and refer to the operation.

one. After the equipment is installed, and the maintenance of the printhead is performed at the beginning of the equipment startup

1. In order to get the printhead into the best working condition, before the equipment officially begins to undertake the production business, please be sure to print some pictures as much as possible in 1~2 days. The picture is best used in CMYK 4 colors, and in the picture. The C, M, Y, and K color bars are added to both sides to ensure that the four printheads are always in the inkjet state.

2. It is best to remove the moisturizing sponge in the rightmost cleaning station together with its bracket when printing.

two. How to maintain the printhead after the daily work is completed

After all the print jobs are completed every day, in order to keep the printheads in optimal working condition and to avoid clogging the printheads due to solvent evaporation, please use the following methods for maintenance and let the equipment stay overnight.

1. Turn off the power to the device.

2. Wash the moisturizing sponge with a special cleaning solution, then pour the cleaning solution onto the sponge to soak it.

3. Move the handpiece back to the rightmost cleaning station and tightly bond the printhead to the moisturizing sponge.

4. Keep this state for the device to stay overnight.

three. After the printhead was found to be slightly blocked, the treatment method was found.

1. After the printhead is found to have a slight clogging phenomenon, press the PAUSE button to pause the printing operation without any hesitation. Then use a vacuum cleaner or a manual air pump to spray the ink from the printhead to clean the printhead. After cleaning, use a plastic squeeze bottle to the printhead. Spray some cleaning solution on the surface to wash away residual ink.

Note: Do not use excessive force when using the manual air pump, otherwise the printhead will be damaged due to excessive pressure.

2. Timely and decisively and thoroughly handling the slight clogging of the printhead is very important to keep the printhead in optimal working condition during long printing times!

3. In addition, it is also necessary to carefully check the condition of the printhead and find out why the printhead is clogged.

four. Treatment method when printhead clogging frequently occurs during inkjet printing

1. First press the PAUSE button to pause the inkjet job, then press the PURGE button to move the handpiece to the leftmost cleaning position.

2. Keep the power of the device on, and unplug the liquid level sensor signal line that connects the sub-tank to the head control panel.

3. Unplug the ink supply tube (from the secondary ink tank) on the printhead, and then use a glass syringe to extract the special cleaning solution to clean the printhead. Method: Use 40ml of cleaning solution every 10 minutes, every 3 to 4 times.

4. After cleaning, reinsert the ink supply tube and level sensor signal lines and continue the previously paused print job.

Fives. The treatment method when the above treatment method is not effective or has no effect at the moment

1. Remove the printhead from the printhead tray.

2. Pour a proper amount of special cleaning solution into a clean glass container (for example, a beaker), and then put it into the printhead and then submerge the bottom of the printhead by 2 to 3 mm. Then seal the glass container with plastic wrap (anti-ash) and let it stand for more than 1 day. .

Note: Do not touch the cleaning fluid at the signal interface on the top of the printhead, as this will damage the printhead.

3. After the printhead is soaked, pour a proper amount of special cleaning solution into the printer printhead cleaner, then immerse the bottom of the printhead into the cleaning solution for about 2~3mm, then start the cleaner, select a special printhead cleaner, if you use general ultrasonic The washer must be strictly controlled to prevent damage to the printhead.

Note: Do not use the cleaner continuously for more than three times.

4. Use a glass syringe to extract 40ml of special cleaning solution, and inject it from the ink supply tube interface on the upper part of the printhead. Pay attention to the status of the water line sprayed from the printhead. If all the water lines are straight, it means the cleaning is effective. This printhead can continue. Use (premise: the circuit and the piezoelectric crystal are intact), if there is still some waterline sneeze, you must do 2 or 3 times according to the second and third steps.

six. The method is expected to be used when the equipment is not used for more than 48 hours.

If the equipment is expected to be used for more than 48 hours, the ink in the printhead must be cleaned. Otherwise, the ink in the printhead will dry out due to the evaporation of the solvent, which may cause irreversible damage to the printhead. The processing method is as follows:

1. Turn off the power to the printer.

2. Move the handpiece to the leftmost cleaning position and place a corrosion-resistant container under the spray head to hold the cleaning waste.

3. Use a glass syringe to pull out or directly pour out the ink in the sub-tank, then wash the sub-tank with a special cleaning solution.

4. Unplug the ink supply tube (from the secondary ink tank) on the printhead, and then use a glass syringe to draw 40ml of special cleaning solution to clean the printhead for 2 times. Finally, do not blow off the residual cleaning liquid in the printhead. Be sure to leave enough cleaning liquid inside the printhead because the cleaning solution can moisturize the printhead.
