There are two main types of compatible inks currently available on the market, one is ink bottle packaging and the other is vacuum soft bag packaging. These two packaging processes have their own advantages and disadvantages. For example, the biggest feature of bottled product filling is high efficiency, but the packaging process is non-vacuum, so the ink is easy to cause microbial growth during the placement process. Once there is microbial growth in the ink, on the one hand, because the microbial volume is micron, it is much larger than the nano-sized ink particles. In the process of use, it is easy to cause plugging and affect the smoothness of printing; A little longer will cause the ink to decay. Therefore, there is a certain hidden danger in the quality of the ink stored in the bottled form. In addition, the non-vacuum-packed ink contains a lot of tiny bubbles, which gradually accumulate during the printing process, causing the ink to have a bubble effect, which affects the continuity and smoothness of the printing. Relatively speaking, another form of vacuum pouch packaging is safer and more reliable. It uses a vacuum filling vacuum soft bag, which avoids the problems mentioned above, but the filling process takes time. And inefficient.
