Why to choose mecolour Pneumatic Double-station Heat Press Machine ?

The sublimation market is a large market that has advanced technological methods and resources for the business of printing on photo products and fabrics. Many people want to enter the sublimation area because it is an area with enough possibility of profits, through  it is possible to produce several materials in large quantity using large machinery.

One of the large format heat press machines that Mecolour works on is the Press 80x100cm and 120x150cm, they have two flat plates that are moved automatically or manually. With them it is possible to sublimate synthetic fabrics for the manufacture of flags, shirts, uniforms and all fabrics containing at least 65% polyester.

The pneumatic press is efficient and effective because it prevents the resublimation (ghosting), in addition, it sublimates up to 85 pieces per hour.

Let's count,

To use a common press requires 5 to 10 minutes to heat it up to 200 ° C (temperature required to sublimate fabrics). After heating, an additional 35 seconds is used to press the material and approximately 35 seconds to remove the material and place another in place ready to be sublimated.

One hour has 3600 seconds, taking 600 seconds that are equivalent to 10 minutes (time required for heating the press) will be 3000 seconds. Let's assume that the person is in a hurry to produce in large quantities, it will take 35 seconds to sublimate and 35 seconds to remove and put the next fabric, in total it will spend 70 seconds. To calculate the amount of fabric it produces per hour, we will divide the remaining time from 1 hour by the time it takes to produce a fabric (3000 ÷ 70), ie, by operating on an ordinary machine it will be possible to sublimate from 42 to 43 fabrics per hour. It is worth remembering that in the ordinary press, it is usually possible to sublimate only in size A4 and A3, and total sublimation is not possible.

Now let's keep the same account format but using an 80x100 press.

The press will take from 7 to 10 minutes to reach the temperature of 200 ° C. It will take 35 seconds to press the fabric, however, considering that the press has a double table, it will not take the time to change the fabric, since, while the fabric is being sublimated, it is possible to include another on the base that is not being used.

Repeat, we have 3600 seconds, we will subtract 600 seconds (time required for sublimation) with 3000 seconds remaining, which will be divided by 35 seconds (time used to compress the fabric). It will be possible to sublimate, using the 80x100 press, 85 to 86 fabrics per hour, that is, twice the fabric sublimated by the common press. In addition to doubling the quantity, the 80x100 press allows the total sublimation of the T-shirt, so you can sell it for a higher price compared to the value of the shirt that you would sell with an A3 art, for example.
