Why people more willing to buy roll sublimation paper compared sheet ?

图片
Some customers like to buy sublimation transfer paper by rolls.  There are two main reasons: First, unit price for sheet paper is expensive than roll paper. Buying in rolls is a better choice to save money. Second, factory can’t help to cut paper to abnormal size. Maybe you need to transfer bar pattern. In order to avoid waste material, you can choose cut paper by yourself with a paper cutter. But, some customers meet problems after cutting. Paper curl after being cut and is unable to transfer well on flat surface. After many time experiments, we found temperature and humidity are two main reason that cause paper curl. And the best temperature for sublimation paper is about 20 degree  centigrade . The suitable humidity is about 50-65%. Also we found humidity is the mean reason. So when you cut your sublimation paper next time, try to control the humidity by humidifier or air conditioner. At the mean time, we don’t suggest use sublimation paper after

The Key Elements of Sublimation Heat Transfer Printing

图片
Sublimation  Heat Transfer Printing   The use of a heat transfer press for sublimation printing of polyester and other fabrics with “sublimation” dyes is a technology that has been in use for over 30 years. The process is environmentally clean and the vibrant colors and clear images give the process many advantages. New textile technologies produce polyester fabrics that look and feel like cotton, rayon, and even silks. Also, new technology has produced polyester fabrics for athletic wear that are warmer/cooler than traditional cotton. New digital technology has been introduced in recent years which allow a design to be created and printed onto a special  sublimation paper , and then transferred onto the fabric using a heat press. The entire process can be completed within a matter of hours. Samples and short run production can now be printed, sewn and shipped within days instead of weeks. Definition of "Sublimation" Printing A process of print

Comparison 3D sublimation and sublimation film

The beginnings of sublimation were printing articles on planes and using a transfer flat iron . Over time, it emerged 3D sublimation to sublimate items irregular or 3D items such housings ,Mobile , ashtrays , dishes , cutlery , etc. The basic principle is the same: we print our design in a sublimation printer and then place the printed design around the sublimable article and apply heat and pressure in an oven 3D for transfer. 3D furnaces generally operate with a membrane that allows performing the vacuum and thus makes the design printed wrap the article surface. If instead of paper, use film sublimation got complete coverage of the article. In this post we share with you the results of our tests. 3D sublimation allows us to incorporate our sublimable business not flat items that otherwise could not sublimate. Many sublimable plastic items specific 3D oven ,phone housings, plates, bowls, cutlery , etc. During sublimation, these plastic products are subjected to elevated tempe

What type of transfer paper should I use?

图片
The technique of transfer paper has the advantage that we do not have to buy a new printer for this use but can use our paper printer equipped with its original inks . Although it is an advantage,it takes a small problem when selecting the appropriate type of transfer paper for your printer. The transfer paper is divided into two general categories: inkjet transfer paper and laser transfer paper . And often that begins in the transfer paper we question: How I can know what kind of printer I have? The purpose of this post is to clarify several points about these two types of printers and what is the most appropriate transfer paper. inkjet transfer paper  The printers inkjet : work by spraying ink onto paper. They include a printhead with many tiny nozzles which meter the ink onto the paper. These printers use ink cartridges with liquid. Ink consumption of these printers is more expensive than toner printers. Some inkjet printers use water - based ink
