how can we use inkjet light heat transfer paper to transfer tshirt?

As we all know, t-shirt transfer paper is a kind of heat transfer paper in A3 and A4 size. It is used for t-shirt transfer printing .By using this paper, we can transfer the images we want to the t-shirt easily. It’s divided into 2 types: dark t-shirt transfer paper and light t-shirt transfer paper.




Today we will briefly inrtoduce how we use inkjet light heat transfer paper to transfer tshirt.

Transferring process:

Light-colored inkjet transfer paper is suitable for transferring images onto white or light-colored cotton or cotton-mixed fabrics. It is printed with common color inkjet printers using water-based ink.Dark transfer paper could be used to dark fabric, like black, red, brown, etc.


1.Mirror Printing

a.Printer setup. Recommend to select “Photo Quality Inkjet Paper” mode for satisfactory printing results.
b.Mirror print the wishful image onto the transfer paper. Then leave it to dry for about 10 minutes.
c.Cut out the image, leaving a narrow margin of 5 mm around the pattern edges.


2.Transferring

a.Preheat the heat press machine, and set the recommended transfer temperature to 185℃.
b.Place the image-printed paper on the textile, printed (image) side facing down.
c.Transfer for 15-30 seconds under certain pressure, then remove the textile from machine.
d.Peel off the base paper immediately, or when it is warmed or cooled for your best results.
